18 pounds- How I lost it

The most wonderful thing about this healthier living and weight loss was how much younger and energetic I felt.

It wasn’t just exercise, or eating differently, more than anything it was changing my metabolism that made the difference for me. In just the first two weeks, I was able to lose 5 pounds and I could feel it. Being able to lose weight and keep it off has empowered me to take on other challenges that I may not have thought were possible for me.
